Piru, CaliforniaThe Deadwood Boys is proud to announce the first annual, X3 MULTI GUN
CHAMPIONSHIP. Come out and join us for a full weekend of shooting on May 17th and 18th, 2008. We are in Piru (old SWPL range) at Wes Thompson's Shooting Range, off Route 126, between Lake Piru and the town of Piru.
This match will offer CASH and PRIZES. The cash payouts are listed below. Every shooter will be guaranteed a prize package worth more than $150.00, a full meal on both days and a match t-shirt. The match will also be filmed by the “Outdoor Channel’s” very own Michael Bane, host of the show “Shooting Gallery”, to air during the 2008 schedule.
The X3 MULTI GUN
CHAMPIONSHIP match fee is $195.00 and will consist of 8 challenging stages; 5 on Saturday and 3 on Sunday, with the scores and awards immediately following. The rifle targets will be up to 360 yards away. Approximate round count is 100 rifle, 100 shotgun, 75 pistol and 15 slugs. USPSA match rules and scoring will be used, except for; minor pistol power factor minimum in Open and Tactical.
The cash pay outs for
Open Class will be as follows:
1st: $750
2nd: $600
3rd: $500
After 3rd place, everyone chooses from the prize table in the order that they finished.
The cash pay outs for
Tactical Class will be as follows:
1st: $750
2nd: $600
3rd: $500
4th: $400
5th: $300
After 5th place, everyone chooses from the prize table in the order that they finished.
We will offer a
Heavy Metal Class, if there is enough interest and the sponsorship can be arranged.
